A spacer having a vibration damper comprises a mass body(85) installed to be placed in a space of a plastic body of a spacer(81), an annular ring member(82) inserted and mounted to an annular retreated groove forming on the boundary surface of the plastic bodies, one or more reinforcing ribs(83) installed across the annular ring member horizontally, and an elastic bar type spring member(86) formed by fixing one end forming a fixed end to the center of the reinforcing rib and extending the other end forming a free end to be projected horizontally, and fixing the mass body to the free end.
