An elastic support of bridge performing the nonutility generation is provided to supplies the necessary power source to the bridge by recycling the vibration energy of the bridge through the piezoelectric film to the electrical energy. The elastic support of bridge performing the nonutility generation comprises a support upper plate (100), a support lower plate (300), an elastic support (200) and an energy converter(400). The support upper plate is integrally connected to the upper plate of the bridge by the stud(110). The support lower plate is formed in the bottom of the support upper plate. The support lower plate is integrally connected to the bridge post by the stud(310). The elastic support is formed between the support upper plate and the support lower plate. The elastic support supports the load of the upper plate of the bridge elastically. The elastic support allows the horizontal feed between the upper plate of the bridge and the bridge post. The elastic support reduces the impact force due to the upper plate load of the bridge and the driving of the vehicle. The energy convertor charges the storage battery(500) with the electrical energy generated in the piezoelectric film of the elastic support.
