A ticket issuing apparatus for enhancing publicity effect and profits is provided to issue a coupon linked or associated with a ticket by including the coupon in the ticket when the ticket is reserved(or issued), thereby offering an optimized coupon to a client through information analysis of the client. In case of ticket reservation(or issuing), a coupon linked or associated with a ticket is issued by being included in the ticket.
