A lighting device having heat sink is provided to facilitate manufacture of lighting apparatus by varying the lamination number of the stack heat sink corresponding to the desired heat radiation capacity. The lighting device(100) comprises a heat release structure(110), a top adhesive plate(131), a bottom adhesive plate and a luminescent unit(140). The heat radiation structure comprises a plurality of stack heat sinks (110a~110d). Each of stack heat sinks is made of the top plate (112a) and a side plate (114a). The side plate is bent in the edge of the top plate. The top plate of a plurality of stack heat sinks has the different size. The top plates are successively laminated to the surface contact state. The top and bottom adhesive plates are combined with the heat release structure in the top surface of the stack heat sink of the top layer of the heat release structure and in the bottom surface of the stack heat sink of the bottom side. The luminescent unit is mounted on the top adhesive plate. |
