A chair including a tilting device is provided to maintain the state that back of a seat occupant is closely adhered to the seat back and to maintain the waist of the seat occupant erect. A chair including a tilting device comprises: a fixing plate(100) which receives a restoration member inside a fixed body(110) mounted on the bottom of the chair and in which a support space(130) is formed; a support plate(300) which is combined with the fixing plate by an axis(200) and in which a pressurized space(330) pressurizing the restoration is formed; and a restoration member(400) restoring the support plate inclined according to the centroid of the seat occupant.
