The present invention describes a compound material and the manufacturing process thereof, which is developed from high percentages of sawdust (pure and/or recycled) and thermoplastic polymers such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene and PVC. The compound material is transformed into industrial products by a moulding by compression, roto-moulding, injection and extrusion process. A terpolymer (MMA-BuA-AMA) is used as a coupling agent, the invention also including a Methyl methacrylate, Butyl acrylate and Methacrylate acid compound, and a Copolymer lubricant based on polyolefin-graft-acrylic acid and or maleic anhydride, Polibond.
