A fluorescent lamp burning apparatus is provided to uniformly maintain the firing temperature by transferring the quartz tube using the conveyor. A canting unit(280) is comprised of a base plate(281), a support stand(282) and a supporting plate(283). The base plate is located on the lower part of the chain(222a). The support stand is perpendicularly installed at the base plate. The chain is supported by the supporting plate. The canting unit is installed at one side of the dispense position of high pressure and high temperature air into the quartz tube, the location of the bulb loaded on the Quartz tube, and the location of bulb unloaded from the quartz tube. The quartz tube is inclined by the canting unit in order to eject the foreign material or the gas generated from the inside of the quartz tube.
