A medical treatment adhesive bandage withdrawer is provided to quickly and conveniently draw out the bandage to expose the bonding surface and gauze of medical treatment adhesive bandage. A medical treatment adhesive bandage withdrawer comprises: a case(110) which is comprised of the segments which are separable from each other and receives medical treatment adhesive bandage(200); a feed roller(130) which is pivotally installed at the inner wall of the case and in which medical treatment adhesive bandage is rolled on a roll; and a withdrawal roller(141) drawing out medical treatment adhesive bandage from the feed roller by rotating a winding roller(144).
