An insulator having a vibration prevention function and a tension control function of a power-transmission distribution cable is provided to supply stably electric power by maintaining continuously a tensile state of the power-transmission distribution cable. A plurality of metal panels(110) are arranged in a constant interval in an inside of a fixing frame(100). A fixing hole(120) is formed in the fixing frame. One side of the fixing frame is fixed to a supporting frame(20). A circular panel(210) is fixed along an outer circumference of one side of a rotatory pole(200). A diameter of the rotatory pole is smaller than or equal to a diameter of a fixing hole. One side of the rotatory pole is arranged between the metal panels through the fixing hole. A helix is formed along an inner circumference of the other side of the rotatory pole. A power supply unit(300) is installed at an outer circumference of a power-transmission distribution cable (30). The power supply unit generates induced electromotive force. A temperature sensor(400) is installed in the outer circumference of the power-transmission distribution cable. A rotatory motor(500) is fixed to an upper surface of the supporting frame. The controller(600) controls the rotary motor by using the temperature measured by the temperature sensor. A rotatory shaft(700) is rotated in the same rotatory direction as the rotatory direction of the rotary motor. A plurality of first saw teeth are formed along an outer circumference of the rotatory shaft.
