摘要
将热塑性膜横向拉伸,且接着在热处理区中传送,以使得辊间距离与辊搭接长度之比率为0.01至3,且出侧传送速度与入侧传送速度之比率为0.6至0.999。将热塑性膜在热处理区中、在(Tg-20)℃至(Tg+50)℃下热处理,其中Tg为膜之玻璃转移温度。经热处理之热塑性膜呈现至少0.5且小于1之Rth/Re比率、宽度方向上0.01至0.1之Rth/Re比率范围,及在80℃及200小时条件下0.001%至0.3%之热尺寸变化率。
