A payment intermediating system and a payment intermediating method are provided to offer commercial transactions without complex and time-consuming procedures, thereby smoothly conducting credit processing between product buyers and sellers, charge bills to the buyers, and payment for the sellers. Order information is accumulated in record unit as transactional information for every order. Transportation freight ID information is related to records of the transactional information to set the records to be in status of waiting for cargo collection. Cargo collection complete information is related to the transportation freight ID information to accumulate the related information as tracking information records frequently. The accumulated records of the transactional information and the accumulated freight tracking information records are periodically inquired about by setting the transportation freight ID information to a key. The records of the transactional information are set to be in status of sales confirmation.
