<p>The invention relates to a flame retardant product comprising a one or two dimensional substrate further comprising a crystalline triazine layer. The amount of trazine is such that the flame retardant properties of the substrate are improved and preferably the amount is about 0.1 g/m2 or higher, and about 500 g/m2 or lower.
