The device (32) has a drainage pipe (36), and a hollow support (38) whose shape is adapted to the drainage pipe, where the support is made of rigid polymer. A valve (42) is connected to the support in a point. A maintaining unit (52) has an external wing and an external rim at the level of an upper end of the support, and maintains the drainage pipe. A stopping unit stops returning of the valve in a closed position, and has a supporting surface formed at the level of an edge of a lower end of the support.
