The support has a passenger sided profiled section and a driver sided profiled section (2) i.e. body profile, with an air guiding channel (6) that is made of plastic material. The channel has a pattern cavity (8) in its lateral wall (12) for fixing the cavity in transversal direction with respect to a displacement direction of a private passenger type vehicle. The cavity is directed towards the exterior and integrated, by displacement of the channel in the directions with respect to the vehicle direction, in a housing (9) that is arranged in the section (2) and in the form of a punched hole.
