A manufacturing device of water proofing wallpaper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect the wallpaper from the humidity. A manufacturing method of water proofing wallpaper includes the following steps. The cut base paper is supplied. Waterproof vinyl is coated on the supplied base paper. And the coated vinyl is dried by a roller providing heat of 60-100°C. A composition of an adhesive includes an aqueous dispersing agent of 5-59wt% and an adhesive material of 50-95wt%. The water proofing wallpaper includes a conveying roller of the base paper(110), a spray unit of a vinyl coating agent(200), and a roller for supplying heat(120). |
