A control system and an HMD are provided to mount an automatic refraction refractometer measuring a degree of refraction of a cornea, a gravity sensor measuring a slope of HMD on a horizontal plane, and an eye tracker which traces to movement of pupil. A video signal obtained by a camera is transmitted to a head mounted device(HMD), which is in a remote site, through wired and wireless network. Mobile units(20,30) control an operation of the camera based on body reaction information after receiving the body reaction information of a user, putting on the HMD, from the HMD. The HMD(10) is connected to the mobile unit through the wired and wireless network. A video signal received form the mobile unit is displayed to a user wearing the HMD. Body reaction of the user is measured. The HMD transmits the measured body reaction information to the mobile unit.
