A method and an apparatus for reducing offsets of comparators are provided to converge the offsets of the comparator to 0 by performing repeatedly basic operations for reducing offsets in a device including a plurality of comparators having different offset values. Two input terminals(31,32) of a comparator are precharged by the same voltage. A sign of an offset of the comparator is determined by using a sign of an output voltage by enabling the comparator while two input terminals have the same voltage. Charges of a channel region are captured by a gate dielectric and the drain current characteristic of the corresponding transistor is changed by applying stress.
