The device has a tubular body (2) provided with a truncated conical nostril end (3), and a sliding piston head (6) dividing the body into an anterior chamber (A) and a posterior chamber (P). The piston includes a safety unit comprising a cap (5), a circular rib (4c) and a groove (6b) to limit value of depression generated in the end so as not to exceed a value attained when an axial hole (3a) of the end is closed by a mucous membrane of a nose. The unit makes the anterior chamber of the body to communicate with the posterior chamber and with outer side.
