<p>A method of data communication in wireless communications system is provided to request the allocation of the additional radio resource or the allocation of the new radio resource to the base station. If the decoding of the initial transmission VoIP packet fails, the terminal transmits the negative reception acknowledge signal(NACK) to the base station through the PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel)(S63). The base station transmits the first scheduling information through PDCCH to the terminal (S64). By using the scheduling information, the initial transmission SRB packet(S1) transmitted from the base station is received (S65). The base station transmits the second scheduling information including SPS-CRNTI through PDCCH In order to transmit the retransmitting packet(V2) about the initial transmission VoIP packet(V1), to the terminal (S66). If the terminal receives the second scheduling information including SPS-C-RNTI, the retransmission VoIP packet(V2) transmitted from the base station is received by using the second scheduling information(S67). The terminal combines the retransmission VoIP packet (V2) received according to the HARQ manner with the initial transmission VoIP packet(V1) and restores the VoIP packet(S68). If the reconstitution of the VoIP packet is succeed, the terminal transmits the reception positive acknowledgement signal(ACK) to the base station (S69).</p> |
