A temperature control system of a natural boil-off gas for an LNG carrier is provided to control temperature of the natural boil-off gas in no need of spraying liquefied natural gas, thereby preventing damage of a compressor and formation of a condensate. A temperature control system of a natural boil-off gas for an LNG carrier comprises the following units. A first heat exchanger(11) is installed in a first supply line(41). A second heat exchanger(12) is installed in a second supply line(42). A liquefied natural gas supply line(43) connects the first and second heat exchanger to a liquefied natural gas supply pump(6). A liquefied natural gas discharging line(44) connects the first and second heat exchanger to a liquefied natural gas forced supply line(45).
