A method for controlling HARQ operation in dynamic radio resource allocation is provided to minimize use of radio resource by efficiently allocating the radio resource. A radio resource allocation message is received from a network, and includes information about HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat request) process. One or more data block is transmitted according to a received radio resource allocation message. The radio resource allocation message is received on a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel), and includes a plurality of HARQ process identifier information.
