The propeller (1) has blades (10, 11) symmetrically mounted with respect to center of a rotor hub (12). A cylindrical articulation element (123) has an articulation axis (DELTA) that is perpendicular to a driving axis (omega) of a dual blade aerogenerator, and forms an angle (delta) with normal (N) to a blade axis (gamma) for permitting an oscillating movement of the propeller along the axis (DELTA). Intercalary elements are provided between the element (123) and the hub in circular orifices (125) formed on a lateral surface of the hub along the axis (DELTA) of the element (123). The intercalary elements are made of elastomer and reinforced by rigid strips that are made of metal, textile or composite.
