<p>The process for manufacturing a solid soap (25) having three visible compartments (23a, 26, 27), comprises pre-manufacturing the pre-compartments of solid soap by molding, transporting or routing the pre-compartments up to an association mold, arranging two solid pre-compartments in each association mold to provide a reception space for liquid composition in a mold, simultaneously and successively injecting two liquid compositions in the reception space, cooling the liquid composition, treating and/or decorating an upper face of the soap, and removing and then recuperating the soap. The process for manufacturing a solid soap (25) having three visible compartments (23a, 26, 27), comprises pre-manufacturing the pre-compartments of solid soap by molding, transporting or routing the pre-compartments up to an association mold, arranging two solid pre-compartments in each association mold to provide a reception space for liquid composition in a mold, simultaneously and successively injecting two liquid compositions in the reception space, cooling the liquid composition, treating and/or decorating an upper face of the soap, and removing and then recuperating the soap. A solid element (25) is injected in the mold before ending the solidification of the liquid composition. The liquid composition is cooled using a rapid cooling unit connected to the association mold. The pre-compartments have a curvilinear surface on a side of the reception space. The association mold comprises a setting unit to avoid non-expected displacement of the pre-compartments in the association mold. The mold is present in the form of parallelepiped or ovoid. An independent claim is included for a multi-compartment multi-action soap.</p> |
