A method for preparing the tteokgalbi (the food using rice cake and meat) containing insam (ginseng) is provided to improve nutrition and to obtain the anticancer effect. A method for preparing the tteokgalbi containing insam comprises the steps of (100) washing, mixing and chopping the oil and bone-removed chicken, onion, leek, insam, garlic, black pepper, mirim (a kind of Japanese liquor), sugar, caramel, glutinous rice flour, ganjang (soy sauce) and ginger; (200) dipping tteok (rice cake) in the Glycyrrhizae Radix sauce comprising Glycyrrhizae Radix, radish, pear, apple, onion, persimmon, pineapple and leek for 20-40 min; (300) mixing the prepared two materials to prepare tteokgalbi; and (400) baking the teokgalbi at 180-210 deg.C. |
