摘要 An ambient light sense circuit for a flat panel display is provided to prevent the size and thickness of the flat panel display from enlarging unnecessarily and to reduce the power consumption by forming the ambient light sense circuit on the substrate in which the pixel circuit is formed. The ambient light sense circuit for the flat panel display is prepared. The transistor(Tr1) is electrically connected to the first power source. The first capacitance device(C1) is electrically connected between the control electrode of transistor and the first standards power. The second capacitive element(C2) is electrically connected between the first capacitance device and the second standards power. The first light-receiving device(PD1) controls the coupling voltage of the first capacitance device and the charge/discharge voltage of the second capacitance device. The first switch(S1) outputs the current from the first power source through the transistor. The second switch(S2) prevents the coupling voltage of the first capacitance device from changing.
