The device has housings constituted by large and thin pockets (1, 14) with flaps (2, 7) in which a folded large size bag or pouch and a loyalty card are introduced. The flap (2), which is closed on the bag connected to the pocket (1), is provided with a Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fastener) (3). Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fastener) (4) is situated on a front surface of the pocket (1), and the flap (7) is connected to the bag. A key carrying ring is fixed outside the pocket (1) by a tab (6), and a cover (11) for a shopping trolley token (12) is provided on the flap.
