An anolyte sterilization apparatus for a vehicle painting line in an electrodeposition painting system is provided to circulate anolyte supplied by an anolyte tank through an anolyte circulation channel and sterilize the anolyte using an ultraviolet lamp assembly, thereby preventing generation of a bacteria or a virus. An anolyte sterilization apparatus(200) for a vehicle painting line in an electrodeposition painting system comprises the following units. An electrodeposition tank has a plurality of electrodeposition separators and adopts an electrodeposition solution. An anolyte tank accommodates anolyte. A supplying line(40) supplies anolyte from the anolyte tank to the electrodeposition separator. A return line(50) leads the anolyte to return to the anolyte tank.
