QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF LIVESTOCK PRODUCT USING MATURE GRASS LIQUID

A method for improving the quality of the domestic animal product is provided to reduce the harmfulness to the human body by using no agricultural chemical and by using the matured grass liquid. A method for improving the quality of the domestic animal product comprises the steps of cutting the prepared grass by a size of 3-5 cm; pulverizing it by a size of 1-2 mm by using a roller machine; filling the pulverized grass in a container or a hollow to about 50% by volume; filing fresh water it to about 70-80%; covering it with a vinyl or glass cover so as to allow it to be toward south with an inclination degree of about 10-20 degrees; and fermenting it for about 1 months; and feeding it to domestic animals.
