An organic luminescent material is provided to obtain a blue luminescent material by forming an organic layer of an organic light-emitting device and to ensure excellent luminous efficiency, heat resistance and the stability of a device. An organic luminescent material has a structure indicated as the chemical formula 1 synthesized by introducing triphenylsilyl to fluoren. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 which are the same or different, comprise at least one of hydrogen-substituted or unsubstituted carbon numbers, and are C1-C20 alkyl, aryl, alkoxy or halogen. Ar1 comprises at least one of hydrogen-substituted or unsubstituted carbon numbers and is C1-C60 alkyl, styryl, alkenyl, aryl, aminoaryl, heteroaryl, amine, alcohol, alkoxy, pyrazoline or cyano group.
