<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platform door control device allowing platform doors to be installed even when the number, the position and the width of entrances of a train are different. <P>SOLUTION: Fig. 2 shows a state in which a train 201 arrives at a platform, an opening part a of a platform door a is fully opened, a door Rb and a door Lb of an opening part b of a platform door b are fully closed, an opening part c of a platform door c is fully opened, a door Rd and a door Ld of an opening part d of a platform door d are fully closed, and an opening part e of a platform door e is fully opened. These data are registered in individual control devices a-e as type information of the train as command values in advance. The opening/closing movement distance of each platform door is determined corresponding to each type information of the train.
