<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable beverage containing ellagitannin, and suppressed in occurrence of precipitation over a long period, without lowering ellagitannin content, through solving problems such that a sugar splitting digestive enzyme inhibitor, antiallergy and hyaluronidase inhibiting activity are reported as physiological function of ellagitannin, however, a beverage which is mixed with the concentrate and refined product of ellagitannin sometimes causes precipitation, when it is preserved over a long period after production. <P>SOLUTION: This packaged beverage contains sweetener having high sweetness level, and ellagitannin of 1 mg/100mL or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
