<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause changes to a screen displayed in a display device of an image forming apparatus to be reflected on the operating instructions of the screen. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic document management apparatus includes: an information accepting part 51 for accepting information about the customization of a UI screen; a customization information storage part 52 for storing information about customization; an allotment information storage part 53 for storing information about the allotment of UI components; an image information storage part 54 for storing an image file of the UI screen and its management information; a language information storage part 55 for storing a language file storing the language used in the operating instructions of the UI screen and its management information; a manual creating part 56 for creating a customized manual by changing a standard manual that corresponds to a standard UI screen according to the allotment information, image information and language information; and a manual storage part 57 for storing the standard manual and the customized manual. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
