<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for controlling the chemical dosing of a cooling water system capable of easily controlling an amount of the chemical dosing. <P>SOLUTION: Cooling water (circulating return water) warmed in a refrigerating machine 12 is dispersed from a dispersing device 2 of a cooling tower 1 and accumulated in a lower water tank 4. The cooling water in the lower water tank 4 is circulated to the refrigerating machine 12 by a circulation pump 10, a circulating forward pipe 11, and a circulating return pipe 13. An amount of new water corresponding to an evaporation amount and a scattering amount of droplets W in the cooling tower 1 and a blow water amount B from a blow valve 8 of a blow line 7 is supplied from a replenishing water conduit 9. A load of the cooling tower 1 is calculated from a temperature difference between circulating forward water and circulating return water, and the chemical dosing amount is controlled by a chemical dosing device 14 based on the load of the cooling tower 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
