<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and low-invasive method for obtaining information on the biological rhythm in an individual organism. <P>SOLUTION: The method for obtaining the information on the biological rhythm in the individual organism based on the change in expression level of a clock gene in a hair follicle cell in the individual organism over time is provided. According to the method, the phase shift in the biological rhythm in the individual organism can be detected by producing and checking a molecular clock table on the individual organism two or more times. Further, the phase shift in the biological rhythm in the individual organism can be detected by checking the expression level of the clock gene at a predetermined clock time against the molecular clock table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
