PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover heat while downsizing a dehumidifying air conditioner and reducing cost required for its operation. SOLUTION: This dehumidifying air conditioner is provided with: a dehumidifying rotor; a dehumidification processing unit supplying processing air dehumidified by passing through a moisture adsorption region into an object chamber; a recovery processing unit discharging moisture by passing through a moisture discharge region; and a heat exchange unit including a first heat exchange part formed by filling a working fluid therein in a depressurized state, arranged in a downstream region of the moisture adsorption region, and exchanging heat between the working fluid and processing air, a second heat exchange part arranged in an upper stream region of the moisture discharge region, and exchanging heat between the working fluid and recovered air, a first line moving the working fluid with heat recovered by the first heat exchange part to the second heat exchange part, and a second line moving the working fluid with heat radiated by the second heat exchange part to the first heat exchange part, and naturally circulating the working fluid by a density difference.
