PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication piping for transporting hot water having sufficient heat insulating performance and strength, and improved in handling performance in construction, with respect to the communication piping for transporting hot water between a water heater and indoor equipment for heating such as a hot water mat. SOLUTION: This communication piping for transporting hot water is composed of a pair of flexible resin tubes 1 as a going pipe and a returning pipe, an inner heat insulating material 2 covering the pair of tubes individually, and an outer heat insulating material further covering the covered pair of tubes 1 from an outer side in an aligned state. The inner heat insulating material 2 and the outer heat insulating material 3 are constituted by fusion bonding a strip-shaped base material sheet composed of cross-linked polyolefin foam. The total thickness of the inner heat insulating material 2 and the outer heat insulating material 3 is 8-12 mm, and the thickness of the outer heat insulating material 3 is more than that of the inner heat insulating material 2.
