PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foldable electronic equipment with a two-shaft hinge, having a clicking feel in addition to torque required for a rotating operation feel while providing low-profile casings by reducing the diameter of a rotating shaft. SOLUTION: The foldable electronic equipment comprises: opening/closing shafts 4, 5 to be centers when giving mutual opening/closing motion to the first casing having a display part 1a and the second casing 2 having an operation part 2a; and the rotating shaft 6 to be a center when giving rotating motion to the first casing 1 relative to the second casing 2 in the state of opening the first casing 1 and the second casing 2. It has: a bearing holder 19 bearing and supporting the rotating shaft 6 at one half side of the outer periphery while forming a plane 6a on the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 6; and a plate spring 22 abutting on the other half side of the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 6 to face-contact the plane 6a. The bearing holder 19 is fixed into hinge covers 13, 14 covering the opening/closing shafts 4, 5, and the plate spring 22 is arranged between the rotating shaft 6 and the hinge cover 14.
