发明名称 FLAME-RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF AND MOLDING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing a flame-retarded styrene resin composition, especially, HIPS (high impact polystyrene)/PPE (polyphenylene ether) as a resin component, by using a nonhalogen flame retardance-imparting component. SOLUTION: The resin composition is produced by using a metal sulfide and an alkali metal salt of an aromatic monocarboxylic acid and/or a salt of a polycarboxylic acid as a frame retardance-imparting component, and kneading the frame retardance-imparting component with a resin component containing a styrene polymer, and, further, exterior bodies of household electric appliances, and the like, are produced by injection molding or the like of the resin composition. Especially, in the case of flameproofing of high impact polystyrene or a mixture of the high impact polystyrene with a polyphenylene ether, the resin composition having excellent flame-retarding property is provided as a nonhalogen material, by using a mixture of molybdenum disulfide with sodium benzoate or a mixture of the molybdenum disulfide with disodium succinate as the flame retardance-imparting component.
