PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for the skin around eyes, having high safety applicable to the skin around eyes thinner than the skin of the other parts, and solving the problems comprising the tendency to generate dullness, dark circle, wrinkle, sag, etc., compared with the skin of the other parts and necessity in high attention for the appearance. SOLUTION: The cosmetic for solving the problems of the dullness, dark circle, wrinkle, sag, etc., of the skin around eyes is produced by compounding hesperidin or its derivative and a carotenoid. Most effective carotenoid is aβ-carotenoid, and the hesperidin or its derivative and the carotenoid can be replaced with the extracts of vegetables containing the compounds.
