PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lower part structure of a vehicle body capable of reducing air resistance by reducing collisions of air, which flows on near both sides of a lower surface of a vehicle body in the car cross direction, with a rear tire and a rear wheel house in travelling. SOLUTION: Inclined surfaces 2b and 2c inclined downward from a central part in the car cross direction to the outside in the car cross direction are respectively formed to be extended backward of the vehicle along the back and forth direction of the vehicle on both sides in the car cross direction of a lower surface of a front floor panel 2 provided between a right and a left front wheel houses 4a and 4b, wherein front wheels 5a and 5b are arranged, and a right and a left rear wheel houses 5a and 5b, wherein rear wheels 7a and 7b are arranged.
