The invention is a method and system for providing mouse capabilities to a user playing a real-time video game on his mobile device, and enabling him to move objects on his mobile device screen as if he were using a conventional computer mouse. The system for providing computer mouse capabilities to mobile device users comprises: (a) a games server for streaming a game along with one or more corresponding sets of rules to a plurality of mobile devices; (b) a software component installed on each mobile device for communicating with said games server; and (c) one or more sets of rules related to said game, said sets of rules defined in off-line or in real-time and stored within said games server, enabling each user to move one or more game objects or to move a screen cursor on a mobile device display from one point of said display to another by simultaneously pressing one or more buttons on a corresponding mobile device keypad. |
