The frame has a pair of rollers with a set of working areas, which are equipped with dual closers. A deviating bar of one of the closers stays under load in direction on a deviating bar of counter closer. The load is applied by a set of fluid printing devices (10) subjectable with mutually adjustable pressure. The printing devices are connected to a fluid inlet pipe (13), which subjects the printing devices with the fluid pressure. The printing devices are designed as cylinder/piston units (11,12), where the devices are pneumatically loaded. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a spinning machine.
