The present invention relates to a process and a system for monitoring exercise motions of a person. The process comprises monitoring a first sensor signal from the person. While the first sensor signal does not deviate from a first sensor signal template by more than a pre-determined amount, signals from further sensors from the person are monitored, compared to templates and the comparison result is evaluated. If sensor signals deviate from the templates by more than a pre-determined value this is communicated to the person.
