A method for preparing a garlic pill is provided to remove the smell of garlic, to prevent the loss of nutrient by using the inner skin and to prevent the digestive disability even in case of the administration of large amount. A method for preparing a garlic pill comprises the steps of peeling the outer skin of a garlic, washing it with water, putting it in a bamboo basket or a porous container, and steaming it for 0.5-1 hours; drying it completely with the hot wind of 50-100 deg.C for 0.5-1 hours; pulverizing the dried one into a size of 100-200 mesh; mixing 1 kg of the pulverized one, 100 g of a Crataegus pinnatida BGE. powder, 100 g of the roasted Glycyrrhizae Radix powder and 500-700 g of honey; molding the obtained jelly into a pill shape; and packaging the pill.
