A WiBro terminal device is provided to supply an audio or media reproduction function together with a WiBro wireless internet connection function, thereby effectively using and carrying the terminal device. A portable device(100) is integrally formed with an interface connection member. A USB(Universal Serial Bus) modem(200) comprises a USB connector(201). The USB(Universal Serial Bus) modem is attached to a USB connection port(301) of the interface connection member. The interface connection member comprises a connection unit casing body(311), a tongs handle(312), a pivot axis(313), and a tongs unit(314). The connection unit casing body contains the portable terminal integrally. The portable device is integrally formed with the USB connection port to which a USB connector of the USB modem can be attached.
