<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow remote access from a remote device to equipment and to reset IPsec even when setting of IPsec from the remote device is failed. <P>SOLUTION: When a security policy used for security communication is set from the remote device and when a communication path used for setting the policy is included in the setting content, the security communication is verified.
