<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element excellent in condensing efficiency and transmitting efficiency and large in great energy conversion efficiency per unit occupied area in a working electrode while making the cost of a material low. <P>SOLUTION: A seal part 9 and a collector 10 are formed by comprising one piece of a sheet 11 with a conductive layer 13 coming into electrical contact with at least one of a first electrode 5 and a third electrode 7 laminated on a film 12 and covering a second electrode 6.
