PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for setting whether to permit the disclosure of client business data held in a transfer source call center at a transfer destination call center while a client communicates with an operator in the transfer destination call center through a client terminal. SOLUTION: After a television conference section 203 of a client terminal 200 starts television conference with an operator terminal at a transfer destination call center, a data transfer permission/rejection setting section 212 accepts from the client a setting for permitting or rejecting disclosure of client business data stored in the ACD server of the transfer source call center in the transfer destination call center. If client business data disclosure is permitted by this setting, a data transfer request section 206 transmits data for requesting the ACD server of the transfer source call center to transfer the client business data to the ACD server of the transfer destination call center.
