PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a system having mirror configuration and a system having no mirror configuration to coexist in the same casing of an information processing apparatus. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus is provided with an arbiter circuit for arbitrating data sent from a system having mirror configuration, and another arbiter circuit for arbitrating data sent from a system having no mirror configuration. Thus, data can be synchronized in the system having mirror configuration, and the system having mirror configuration and the system having no mirror configuration can be made to coexist in the same casing.
