PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of a compressor in a refrigeration device equipped with an air conditioning heat exchanger and a cooling heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In a heat recovering operation, a refrigerant discharged from the compressor (2B) is condensed in the air conditioning heat exchanger (41), evaporated in a refrigerating heat exchanger (45) and a freezing heat exchanger (51), and returned to the compressor (2B). In a heating capacity excess operation, the refrigerant discharged from the compressor (2B) is condensed in the air conditioning heat exchanger (41), and a portion of a condensed liquid refrigerant is evaporated in the refrigerating heat exchanger (45) and the freezing heat exchanger (51), the other portion of the liquid refrigerant is evaporated in an outdoor heat exchanger (4), and an evaporated gas refrigerant is returned to the compressor (2B). In a heating capacity insufficient operation state, for example, when an outdoor temperature is in a low outdoor temperature state where the outdoor temperature is decreased to a prescribed temperature or lower, the operation is switched to the heat recovering operation. In the heat recovering operation state, when the outdoor temperature is in the low outdoor temperature state where the outdoor temperature is decreased to the prescribed temperature or lower, switching to the heating capacity insufficient operation state is inhibited.
